2027 Vivi et Margot Provence Retreat Application

A handful of times each year, I open my world to a small group of women from the Vivi et Margot community. These are not traditional retreats. They are intimate gatherings, shared around the table, through village markets, long lunches beneath the trees, quiet mornings, beautiful homes, and the places I return to again and again with family and friends while living here.

Many guests arrive as strangers and leave having formed friendships that continue long after they return home. There is something rather special about bringing together women who already share a love of beauty, home, creativity, and the quieter pleasures of life. Because these gatherings remain intentionally small, they are offered privately and by invitation to members of the Vivi et Margot community therefore, all applicants in including repeat guests must apply. To ensure a harmonious and enriching week for all guests, I kindly ask that you take your time in completing the following application with as much detail in your answers as possible.

Single Occupancy with private ensuite (Please note guests travelling together must select double occupancy room)

Double Occupancy (same room, Large King suite with private ensuite bathroom) very comfortable and spacious for sharing with best friend/ sister/mother/daughter

Double occupancy ( Same room, two twin beds and limited to first applicants as rooms are limited) private ensuite

If you selected double occupancy room, please provide the name of separate applicant. - They will also need to complete this form

I understand & agree to have my own travel insurance to cover my own personal cancellation should it be needed

Guests acknowledge experiences that include, workshops, excursions, meals, and local transport. For convenience and to ensure a seamless, harmonious retreat, Vivi et Margot facilitates coordination with trusted third-party providers on behalf of guests for convenience.

Participation in each experience remains entirely voluntary — guests may choose to skip any activity, relax at the property, or make their own arrangements. As clearly communicated at the time of booking, Vivi et Margot secures access to these experiences and is non-refundable.
