2027 Vivi et Margot Provence Gathering Application

A handful of times each year, I welcome a small group of women from the Vivi et Margot community to join me in Provence. These gatherings are never advertised publicly and are created exclusively for the community that has grown around Vivi et Margot over the years. That shared connection is an important part of what makes each week so special.

These are not traditional retreats or simply a vacation in Provence. They are intimate, personally hosted gatherings shaped around the life I have built here, shared through village markets, private homes and gardens, countryside walks, long lunches, beautiful meals, and the people and places that have become part of my everyday life.

Because each gathering is intentionally small, every guest, including those travelling with friends or family and returning guests, is asked to apply. I personally read every application and thoughtfully bring each group together, so places are not offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

I ask that you complete the application thoughtfully and in as much detail as possible. I would genuinely love to know more about you, what has drawn you to this experience, and why this feels like the right time for you to come to Provence. I personally read every application, and your answers are an important part of how I thoughtfully bring each group together.

I understand that my payment for Six Jours en Provence is divided between the personally hosted experience with Charlotte Reiss, Vivi et Margot Retreats and the accommodation and transportation services provided through VEM Provence, Charlotte’s registered French travel company with Atout France.
